Jess is owner and director of the Southbank project which he set up in 2007. Jess has many years experience in a variety of backgrounds including business and teaching, choreography and promoting dance and music based festivals. He is an active member of various performance based groups and recently danced in the short film 'Rise and Shine' (see below) that was shown at Sadlers Wells as part of a performance alongside Company of Elders
